Freyja + Söder = a love story in Södermalm

On the 13th floor, with its own lift, lies Stureplansgruppen's Restaurant Freyja and the seasonally open rooftop terrace Söder, which together can accommodate about 100 diners and 400 bar guests. Magnificent views in all directions, over Söder's classic black metal roofs, Slussen, and Gamla Stan.

Focus on Swedish and seasonal ingredients in the kitchen along with selected wines and solid craftsmanship from the bar. The very popular terrace also serves suitable street food for the hungry.

The Equipment

Perfecta's Delivery

Here we have delivered to the service kitchen in the restaurant, with cooking lines from Palux and refrigeration counters as well as stainless steel from Kema Storkök, which also produced all the refrigeration furniture for the bar. The large custom-made black-painted wine coolers in the dining room and on the terrace come from Haglund Industri. The bar on the terrace was renovated for the 2024 season with furnishings from Costilla and custom glass freezers placed on a counter from Haglund Industri. Several items had to be hoisted up with a crane to fit through the ceiling; videos are available on our Instagram.

In the basement, there is a prep kitchen with cooking pots from Getinge Storkök, an induction stove from Fribergs, ovens from Eloma, mixers from Agrenco, and a dishwashing room with machines and an Osmosis system from Winterhalter. There are also several different large ice machines with both cube and crushed ice to meet the bars' needs.
