Lunch, deli and bakery in Fabriken 

In a modern, industrial setting at Nacka Strand, you’ll find Fabriken by Pontus Frithiof, offering well-prepared lunches, a deli, and a bakery - to be enjoyed in the dining room, the orangery-style extension, out on the terrace, or as takeaway. The venue is happy to host events for up to 300 guests and also provides catering. A wide selection is served here - from the day’s healthy lunch to salads, luxurious hearty sandwiches, soups, and bowls. The generously stocked vegetable spread and bakery table are always included with the daily lunch offer.

Perfecta´s delivery

For this beautiful project, we supplied all equipment for the open kitchens/deli counters, including a pizza oven from Sveba Dahlen, various hot-holding units from Gastroteknik, and refrigerated workbenches and display cases from Haglund Industri. We also delivered all stainless-steel fabrication, the dish drop-off station, the flush-mounted combo hobs, and the buffet water stations, plus Stayhot heat lamps and a Manitowoc ice machine.We attended the fantastic grand opening and got to try sample dishes from the different stations - and we can warmly recommend anyone passing through Nacka to stop by for a visit.
