A new classic in Östermalm

In the well-known and updated corner at Artillerigatan 14 in Stockholm, you can now find Ergo Restaurant - a modern interpretation of fine dining whom just recieved their first star from Guide Michelin, with Petter Johansson as resident chef. Tasting menu in season with 5 servings where choices are available at each serving and associated well-composed beverage package. If you are more than 6 guests, it is possible for parties of up to 12 to book a private experience in Ergo Salon.

About the equipment

Perfecta's delivery

Here we were given the honorable task of equipping the kitchen with the majestic stove piece from Marrone, custom lacquered in British racing green, which can be seen both from the dining room and through the large window facing the street in the open kitchen.  Here's also specially adapted shallow refrigerators with GN drawers along the length, as well as stainless steel and wine coolers in the dining room from Kema Storkök. Wall-hung XS ovens from Rational. We have had the pleasure to enjoy  the works of art that have been created in the kitchen as guests and can guarantee an absolute top class experience.
