Cool café concept in spectacular location 

On the park-like Hagaesplanaden in the newly developed Hagastaden district of Stockholm, Café Vólta has opened with its sleek and inviting concept, already well-established in Sundbyberg. The menu offers everything from hearty salads to warm pasta dishes and well-crafted soups, freshly blended smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches always served on freshly baked sourdough bread. Organic, specialty-roasted coffee from Johan & Nyström is complemented by a tempting selection of pastries in a variety of flavors and styles. The menu is tailored to the seasons, with a focus on carefully selected ingredients. For catering, meetings, lectures, or other events, Café Vólta offers customized solutions – for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Here, we had the pleasure of delivering all the refrigeration units, including prep counters in both the café area and kitchen, from Costilla, a custom beige-lacquered wall refigerator from Haglund Industri, as well as the glass dome covering the pastries at the front counter. The kitchen is also equipped with ovens from Rational, a pasta cooker from Wery, and a griddle from Mareno.
